In the lead up to the event important Athlete race information will be added below! Approx. 3 days out from the event your start time will be linked.

Event Location: Royal Dublin Society, Simmonscourt Road, Dublin, D04 E6N6

Important Information:
– You can only check in on the day of your race.
– Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
– You must bring ID.
– Registration opens 90 minutes before your division’s first wave. To enter the hall earlier, use Spectator Check-In with your ID/Ticket.

Laps to Run:
RUN 1 = 2 and a bit laps
(Go IN on the THIRD Time, you see the IN)

RUNS 2-7 = 3.7 laps

(Go IN on the FOURTH Time, you see the IN)

RUN 8 = 2.5 laps

(Go IN to Wall Balls, on the THIRD time you see the WALL BALL IN)

Relay Briefing On-Site:
Please send one person from your Relay Team to the Official Relay Technical Briefing, located by the Transition Zone, on Sunday, November 17th, at 18:00.
